Get To Know Chef Stefy DeVita
Having moved to Denver from Florida, she immediately found a home at Bar Dough. Under the tutelage of James Beard Semi-Finalist and Top Chef Finalist Chef Carrie Baird, Stefy was offered a Sous Chef role, where she continued to expand her passion for Italian food over the next 3 years. Stefy has a love for Italian Cuisine, having been a student of the cuisine under two time Michelin-awarded Chef Michael Mina at his FarmTable Cucina restaurant in St. Petersburg, Florida.
